dxResearch conducts customized research, particularly in the area of satisfaction surveys and data analysis, to help clients meet their strategic goals. We are adept with quality management principles, and work with the Baldrige Criteria of Performance Excellence, and Six Sigma principles and methods.
Founded in 2002 by George Chynoweth, dxResearch is on the leading edge of survey design and the application of Statistical Process Controls to soft data. George's background includes 26 years as a Research Psychologist and a manager with the federal government, and 5 years as an adjunct Assistant Professor at the Boston University Graduate School where he taught Research Methods and Statistics, and Psychological Testing. He is the primary architect of the Interactive Customer Evaluation (ICE) system, now in use throughout the Department of Defense.
